The very best way to prepare them is to just remove the head & guts & scale them. You Get Twice As Much
your bluegill must have been huge cause your fillets was massive.

@LedSkynHankDoors well because they taste great and actually took some angling skills to capture whereas the catfish that you chase only require dead chunks of meat on a bank pole.
